By using DealsActually you agree to a few common-sense terms:

• Prices and availability change quickly. We show when each deal was last checked, but we can't guarantee a price or that an item is still in stock. Always confirm the final price on the retailer's site.
• Purchases happen with the retailer, not with us. Orders, payment, shipping, returns and warranties are between you and the retailer, under their terms.
• We're independent. Retailer names and trademarks belong to their owners; listing a deal doesn't imply a retailer endorses this site.
• Deals are provided as-is. We work hard to keep information accurate, but we're not liable for retailer errors, price changes, or purchase outcomes.
